Chinese Babi Pangang (Roasted Belly Pork)

Nowadays people have a big green egg at home. I remember when I started working in this restaurant Royal San Kong had this big stainless steel what looks like 5 times big green egg was standing middle in the kitchen and still is standing here and we are still using it since 1988. And roasted so many pieces of this Belly Pork, Ducks , BBQ ribs and  BBQ pork,  This dish is so popular, in South America they call it Chicharones.
